Fixed scope. Fixed timeline.

Find out where AI actually pays off in your company

In two to three weeks we assess your data, systems, and processes, then hand you a prioritised AI roadmap with business cases you can defend in front of your board. No obligation to build anything with us afterwards.

The package

One package. Everything included.

You know the scope and the timeline before we start. The audit ends with a decision-ready roadmap, whether you build with us or with someone else.

AI Readiness Audit

2 to 3 weeks
  • AI readiness scorecard covering data, infrastructure, team, and processes
  • A backlog of AI use cases ranked by business value and feasibility
  • Business cases for the top three use cases, with cost and effort estimates
  • Data and integration gap analysis with a remediation plan
  • An executive readout session with your leadership team

If you decide to build one of the roadmap use cases with us within three months, we credit the audit fee against that project.

What we examine

Two to three weeks of focused work with your team. We look at what you have, not at what a vendor wants to sell you.

Your data, as it really is

Where it lives, who owns it, how clean it is, and what it takes to make it usable for AI. This is where most AI projects quietly die, so we start here.

Systems and integrations

Which of your systems can feed or consume AI today, which need an API layer first, and where the legacy landmines are.

Processes and where the cost hides

Interviews and log analysis to find the workflows where volume, manual effort, and exceptions concentrate. These are the candidates with real ROI.

Team and governance

Who will own AI internally, what skills are missing, and what EU AI Act and data protection obligations apply to your use cases.

Cost of doing nothing

For each candidate use case we estimate what the current manual process costs you per year, so the roadmap compares against reality, not against zero.

Quick wins vs. structural work

What you can ship in weeks with current data, and what needs foundation work first. Both belong on the roadmap, clearly separated.

Week by week

A fixed sequence, so you know exactly what happens and when.

  1. 01

    Discover

Workshops with leadership, ops, and engineering. We map your processes, collect system documentation, and get read access where useful. Week one.

  2. 02

    Analyse

We assess data quality, integration effort, and feasibility, and score every candidate use case for value and risk. Week two.

  3. 03

    Deliver

You get the scorecard, the ranked backlog, three worked business cases, and an executive readout where we defend our recommendations and answer hard questions. End of week two or three, depending on scope.

What you can decide when it's done

Book the audit

Which use case to fund first

Backed by numbers, not enthusiasm. You see value, effort, and risk side by side for every candidate.

What your data actually needs

A concrete remediation plan instead of a vague sense that the data is not ready.

Build, buy, or wait

For each use case: whether an off-the-shelf tool covers it, whether custom work is justified, or whether the honest answer is not yet.

A budget you can defend

Cost and effort estimates grounded in your systems and your data, ready for a board conversation.

Before you ask

Companies that suspect AI could help but want evidence before committing budget. Typically 50 to 500 employees, with real operational processes and data, and a leadership team that needs numbers rather than demos.
A few hours of workshop time from leadership and process owners, system documentation, and read access to selected systems or data samples where it speeds things up. We sign an NDA before anything else, and we adapt to your security constraints.
The roadmap is yours. You can build with your own team, with another vendor, or with us. If you start one of the roadmap projects with us within three months, the audit fee is credited against it.
Yes. We have no reseller agreements with cloud or model providers. When an off-the-shelf product covers your use case, the roadmap says so and names it.
That is the most common starting point. We pressure-test your ideas against your data and systems, and usually find one or two candidates with better ROI that nobody had considered.
